Korean banquet noodles (Janchi guksu) Janchi guksu (잔치국수) translated into “banquet or feast noodles,” is a simple warm noodle dish made with thin wheat flour noodles (소면, somyeon) that are usually in a clear anchovy or beef broth. Because noodles symbolize long and happy lives in Korean culture, this noodle dish is traditionally served alongside other special occasion foods at large feasts such as weddings. The name of the dish comes from that tradition. The broth is made in the house from scratch to give in-depth flavor since the dish is so simple. The noodle soup is topped with sliced fried egg, carrot, and watercress. Add roasted seaweed for more flavor! This is a very comforting dish during fall/winter for many Koreans. It might look simple but the flavor combination with the broth, toppings and the noodles is the bomb!

LA galbi (beef short ribs) Galbi means “ribs” in Korean and is a popular Korean dish served in many place. However, we can guarantee you guys that our galbi is the authentic one. We only use USDA Choice beef. Although it looks like a simple dish, it requires a lot of ingredients such as soy sauce, onion, garlic, and you can’t forget Korean pear! In addition, it requires patience to marinate for at least 48 hours! We recommend this dish to everyone- you won’t regret it😍(click HD button for better video quality)
Broiled eel Have you tried eel? Eels possess substances that are best for rejuvenating the body. Many Koreans enjoy eel dishes to build stamina and for many health reasons. It is best to enjoy it with pickled ginger because eels have “cool” energy and ginger has “hot” energy in terms of balance of food(yin and yang). Sizzling onion is also good accompaniment for the eel! Overall, the dish has great balance and we want you to try as well! Don’t miss out! We are open until 10 today!
